5.3 Processing Time: Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers are processed within 1 business day. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high volume.

Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraud, or other violations will be forfeited.
13.3 Survival: Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions) shall survive termination of your account.
14.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and 355jl.
